Important to know – Seasonal Work
Mildura Fruit Company operates in a highly seasonal packing environment. During peak periods of the citrus packing season, this role requires flexibility to support operational and customer needs. Hours will increase during these periods, with this role most of the peak-season work undertaken on the afternoon shift.
These peak workloads are balanced by quieter periods outside the main season, providing opportunities to accrue Time in Lieu (TIL) and access extended periods of leave when production volumes reduce.
