Office Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As the first point of contact for patients, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position, working 4 days per week with no weekend work. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously at the front desk, handling administrative tasks, receiving and making calls, booking appointments and processing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting patients in a positive manner
* Receiving and making calls
* Booking patient appointments and processing payments
* Cash handling
* Ordering stock online
* Maintaining consultation room, supplies and reception area
* Opening and closing the clinic
* Typing up/sending patient reports written by physiotherapist
* Invoicing for workers compensation and CTP
* Reconciliation
* Paying bills/invoices/reimbursements
* Maintaining the procedure manual
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous administrative experience
* Strong ability to take initiative and work independently
* Excellent front line and phone etiquette, empathetic and friendly attitude towards clients
* Core values including honesty and integrity
* Team player and excellent communication skills
* Positive and friendly attitude whilst maintaining professionalism
* Organisational skills
* Willingness to learn
