The role is part of our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program in Townsville, QLD. The key focus is to assist people in learning new skills and gaining confidence to find a job they enjoy.
* Exploring work opportunities and industries
* Guiding people's skills through 1:1 and group activities
* Understanding aspects of everyday life such as public transport, time management, and finances
* Job hunting and on-the-job support
You will also complete administrative tasks to document progress, prepare reports, and meet requirements.
About You:
This opportunity suits someone with experience supporting individuals with disabilities, who is organized and skilled in administration. You should be adaptable in your communication style, capable of building relationships, and confident in advocating for individuals' skills and abilities in employment contexts.

* Personal or family experience with disability seeking an office-based career
* Looking for extra shifts to supplement current work or study
* Backgrounds in administration, recruitment, or support work seeking relevant experience
