Your Role
As Centre Manager, you will:
* Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the service
* Drive occupancy growth and family engagement
* Manage rosters and wages in line with budget expectations
* Build and mentor a stable, high‑performing team
* Ensure strong compliance and readiness for A&R
* Create a positive, professional culture for staff and families
This is a balanced role—equal parts people leadership, operations, and performance.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience as a Centre Manager or strong Assistant ready to step up
* Understands how to balance quality, team leadership and financial performance
* Is confident managing rosters, wages and occupancy targets
* Leads with clarity, accountability and consistency
* Has strong knowledge of the NQF and National Regulations
* Brings energy, resilience and a genuine passion for early learning
