Work Health & Safety Role Overview
The Work Health and Safety (WHS) Partner is responsible for fostering positive working relationships across the organisation to ensure compliance with WHS obligations.
This role contributes to the development and review of policies, procedures, and initiatives that support a healthy and safe workplace culture.
Quality reporting on various WHS activities is essential, ensuring all actions and outputs meet legislative and Performance Standards for Self-Insurer requirements.
Collaboration with key stakeholders is crucial in delivering this role.
* Facilitates WHS site inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and reviews;
* Undertakes root cause analysis, develops control measures, and implements prevention strategies;
* Provides backup support to the Injury Management, Prevention, and Wellbeing Coordinator;
Key Responsibilities:
