This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Employment & Safety team in Brisbane, with exposure across the full spectrum of employment law, workplace health and safety, and industrial relations. The practice is expanding due to growth, not backfill — making this a career-defining moment to step into a team that’s building momentum.
You’ll work across a balanced mix of advisory and disputes, including workplace investigations, regulatory compliance, enterprise bargaining, contracts, and appearances before the Fair Work Commission, tribunals, and WHS regulators. The practice offers genuine variety in matters and clients, with the added benefit of a global platform.
At Associate level, you’ll focus on supporting senior lawyers in disputes, drafting legal documents, legislative and case analysis, and contributing to client-facing projects. For Senior Associates, the role broadens to managing complex client relationships, negotiating, supervising juniors, and playing a leadership role in the ongoing growth of the practice.
