The successful candidate will have excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, with experience in general nursing. They will work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of residents.
* Deliver person-centred care, assessing, planning and implementing care plans within scope of practice
* Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
* Maintain clinical quality compliance standards
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality person-centred care to residents, including assessing, planning and implementing care plans
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Ensure accurate and comprehensive records and reports
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Full, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse
* Current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
* General nursing experience, post-registration
