Job Description
* Prepare and bake a wide variety of bread and pastry products using traditional and modern methods.
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, consistency, and quality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Weighing, measuring, and mixing baking ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
* Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, and shaping doughs.
* Preparing and baking bread, buns, rolls, and other baked products in ovens.
* Monitoring baking process, temperatures, and timings to ensure high-quality products.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' full-time experience as a Baker, ideally in a commercial or artisan bakery.
* Relevant qualification in baking, patisserie, or commercial cookery (e.g., Certificate III in Baking).
