About Our Opportunity We're looking for a sales hunter to identify and drive new business opportunities for Trend Windows and Doors Bayswater. This is a true business development role which will see you on the road engaging with and presenting to new medium-sized builder clients for our window and door solutions for new-build or renovation projects in the Melbourne Metro area. You will diligently plan, organise, and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.

In Addition, You'll

* focus on driving revenue growth, fostering strategic relationships and expanding the business customer base within the residential building market
* utilise industry and product knowledge to facilitate presentations of the company's products, services and abilities.
* manage contacts through sales databases
* prepare selling activity reports
* attend, as required, out-of-hours industry events such as Trade Shows, Awards Ceremonies, Sales and Industry Meetings and Promotional Events.
* build future relationships between Trend and client in the transition of account management to allow you to develop new additional accounts.

About You We're seeking an experienced sales representative looking to progress their career into a BDM role, ideally with a background in the windows or building materials industry. Your ability to find and develop new business, build positive relationships and negotiate will all be key to your success in this role. Seeking a self-motivated, results-focused sales professional with a strong service ethos.

You Will Also

* have a professional demeanour with excellent communication and presentation skills
* be a team player who is able to work autonomously
* be self-motivated and able to plan your days
* be able to read building plans
* have a current Australian driver's licence
