Job Description
The role of Netball Administrator encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the organisation and administration of netball sports programs at all levels on the Corio campus. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and allocating staff for training sessions
2. Booking transport, catering, venues and organisation of umpires
3. Preparation of fixtures and schedules
4. Ensuring all training sessions are appropriately staffed daily
5. Supporting and managing Coaches and players
6. Managing budgets and finances
7. Organising professional development sessions
8. Team selection and management
9. Co-ordinating and submitting nominations for colours awards within Netball
10. Organising and facilitating end of season functions and awards
11. Facilitating completion of team photographs
12. Attending end of season APS sport review meetings
13. Formally reviewing the season with the Director of Sport
Requirements:
* Previous experience coordinating sport and overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of a sports program
* Previous experience and involvement in the development of sports skills and teams in a coaching capacity within an educational setting
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
