About The Role
We require a skillful Sous chef to grow with our team and take ownership of their own role. Your extensive experience in hospitality and knowledge of cuisine will flow through to our events.
* Wednesday to Sunday roster may change to suit business requirements.

* Proven history working in similar venues
* Proven kitchen management or extensive experience in operations

* Friendly and excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards to all departments.
* Sound knowledge of Ala carte and banquet operations.
