We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team across all sales activities.
The ideal candidate will be able to build campaign proposals, create and run relevant reports, liaise with clients, and communicate with Trading & CTU teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Sales Team with sales activities
* Building campaign proposals
* Creating and running relevant reports
* Liaising with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements
* Communicating with Trading & CTU teams on campaign site selections and advertising contracts
* Providing post-analysis of advertising campaigns to the sales team
* Assisting Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing
* Tracking bonus delivery agreed for campaigns set by salespeople
In order to excel in this role, the successful candidate will have intermediate Microsoft Office skills, problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, ability to multitask, self-management and confidence, and ability to work unsupervised.
