Dingo Concrete Services is a respected provider of concrete, civil contracting, plant hire, and materials cartage across WA's Northwest. As part of a national group and with a strong pipeline of secured work, we're now seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our growing operations.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, high-impact leadership role spanning concrete batching, mobile plant, and quarrying — with the support of an established business and the freedom to drive real results.

The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day and strategic operations across batching, logistics, quarrying, and precast — with a clear focus on safety, quality, client satisfaction, and business growth.
You'll lead a skilled team and be the go-to person for operational delivery, workforce coordination, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead batching and dispatch to ensure reliable, high-quality concrete supply
Manage mobile plant, road trains, and day-to-day logistics
Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and equipment utilisation
Build and maintain strong client relationships (e.g. Holcim, local contractors)
Prepare pricing and quotes for concrete, precast, and steel services
Execute quarrying and screening operations with safety front-of-mind
Drive NHVAS and CoR compliance, safety systems, and site standards
Monitor cost performance and promote continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for a practical, driven leader who thrives in regional operations and understands the technical and logistical demands of concrete services.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in concrete batching and mobile plant
Strong background in operations or site leadership
Willingness to relocate to Tom Price within 6 months (FIFO to start), if not already local.
Exposure to mobile screening and/or quarrying operations
Confidence in scheduling, quoting, and team coordination
Commercial mindset and safety-first approach
HR Licence and White Card (MC licence advantageous)
Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already local to Tom Price —applications from those unwilling to relocate will not be considered.
