As a Diversity Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be the matchmaker between inclusive employers and incredible jobseekers. Your superpower? Championing diversity and turning job descriptions into opportunities for people with disability.

This position is a full-time, fixed-term role until June 2030 with possibility of extension, based in our Minto office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm in office, Monday to Friday.

A bit about you…
- Experience in recruitment, employer engagement, or diversity hiring
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of inclusive employment practices
- Valid Working with Children Check/Blue card with National Crimcheck with no disclosable outcomes
