What You Will Be Doing
- Engaged in cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering duties.
- Food preparation and presentation with flair for breakfast, lunch and dinner for A la Carte, room service, functions and buffet service.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.
- Supervises and trains other Commi Chefs, Cooks and kitchen employees.
Qualifications
- Having completed an apprenticeship and/or achieved trade recognition.
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
- Proven ability to lead small teams.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to effectively manage time constraints.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
