An Administrative Assistant will provide admin support to management, NDIS clients and stakeholders of Community Support PTY LTD
Managing front office meeting with visitors, clients and other business stakeholders.
Maintain office stationery and inventory stock.
Prepare onboarding paperwork for Current Participants, New Support Workers & New Employees.
Manage Support Workers & Participants rostering changes.
Arrange agendas and take minutes for meetings.
Updating daily registers
Printing, copying and scanning documents.
Handling other ad-hoc office duties when required.
Drafting letters, filing, and preparing reports.
Scheduling meetings and events for business and other stakeholders
Maintaining spreadsheets and tracking important deadlines in Visual Care & other registries.
Follow up on clients.
Maintaining office kitchen supplies, cleanliness
Updating Service Agreements
Cover support workers shifts when required.
Creating new Participants, Support Workers & New Employees on Visual Care database.
Qualifications/Requirements of job:
Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent
Blue card (working with children)
NDIS Yellow card (working with disability clients)
CPR certificate
Current Police check
First Aid certificate
Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate/Flu certificate
Driver's licence
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Fixed shift
No weekends
Work Location: In person
