**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform a wide range of landscaping duties, including planting, excavation, and construction maintenance of outdoor spaces.
- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools such as drills, demo saws, and general power equipment.
- Use equipment including wheelbarrows, shovels, jackhammers, compactors, bobcats, and excavators.
- Carry out corking, retaining walls, and other construction-related tasks.
- Lead a small team, guiding and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with management, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively regarding task progress, potential issues, and requirements.
- Always ensure compliance with all safety procedures and protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- Apprenticeship or recently graduated landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
- Full tradesman qualifications and a valid White Card.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for leading and mentoring a small team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience liaising with clients and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated experience using tools and equipment such as drills, corking guns, waterproofing equipment, wheelbarrows, shovels, jackhammers, compactors, demo saws, and excavators.
- Valid driver's license is a must.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Truck License MR is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
