About the role
* Broad financing transactions including but not limited to: secured and unsecured (syndicated, club and bilateral facilities), debt and equity transactions, syndicated financing, development, non-bank lending and private equity, which are both cross-border and domestic.
* Act for financiers, borrowers, sponsors, corporates, private capital, government agencies and sovereign wealth funds.
* Engage in business development alongside your supervising Partner, as well as mentoring Associates.
The ideal candidate
* Experienced Senior Associate (5/6+ PQE) with proven banking and finance experience from either private practice or in‐house. Real estate finance experience is highly regarded.
* Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
* Strong communication, drafting, relationship‐building and critical thinking skills;
* The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
