About the role
The Social Media and Content Coordinator is responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms and digital channels. This role owns CPA's social and content strategy to grow brand awareness and generate high quality leads.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing business teams to develop creative content that drives interest and lead generation across service areas.
- Collaborate with service teams to uncover and share impactful client success stories.
- Own and manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders across the organisation on social media strategy and best practices.
- Create and deliver organic content tailored to each service stream and business unit.
- Align content with brand voice and organisational goals while staying current with digital trends.
About you
- 3+ years' experience managing multiple social media accounts in medium to large organisations.
- A qualification in communications or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong skills in Meta Business Suite, Brandwatch, Canva and all major social platforms.
- A passion for storytelling and a collaborative spirit.
