Our Traineeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Who we are looking for:
Candidates who want to obtain a Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) (please note you are not eligible if you already hold this qualification).
* Warm, respectful, and compassionate individuals
* Great communicators who enjoy helping others
* Willing to obtain a National Police Check and required clearances
* No prior experience needed – just a desire to learn and care for others

What you will learn:
* Support ageing people with Personal Care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
* Promote independence and dignity amongst ageing people
* Help residents move around, get out of bed, walk, and use mobility aids
* Work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to follow each resident's care plan
