Your New Role
* Deliver evidence-based antenatal midwifery care within a women-centred model of practice
* Provide advanced clinical assessment, care planning and problem-solving in complex maternity presentations
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective care delivery
* Support continuity of care and empower women to make informed decisions throughout their pregnancy journey
* Lead and contribute to quality improvement, education, research and clinical governance activities
* Mentor, guide and support midwives, students and healthcare team members
* Promote culturally safe, inclusive and compassionate maternity care for diverse communities
About You
You are a compassionate and experienced midwife who is passionate about delivering exceptional maternity care and supporting positive outcomes for women and families.
* Registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in antenatal midwifery care
* Strong clinical decision-making, communication and problem-solving skills
* A commitment to evidence-based practice, education and continuous professional development
* The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience supporting quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance activities
* A strong commitment to culturally safe, respectful and inclusive healthcare practices
* Well-developed computer literacy and documentation skills
