We are expanding our Digital Transformation group and are now seeking a Scientific Business Analyst based in commutable distance from Melbourne, working on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise on clients' global scientific platforms.
* Gather requirements, develop process maps, and translate them into workflows.
* Develop, implement, validate, and maintain scientific technology solutions.
* Ensure alignment with global governance frameworks and best practices for systems.
* Collaborate with internal and external developers during building and implementation phases.
* Design and deliver training materials and sessions to encourage user adoption and standardisation.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience with scientific laboratory workflows in the life‐science space – understanding of challenges and strategies to address them.
* Experience in laboratory informatics business analysis.
* Business analysis (requirements gathering and documentation).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
* Structured approach to problem‐solving.
