Position Overview As an Asset Manager, you will drive the performance, reliability, and commercial outcomes of operational assets. You'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Track and enhance asset performance across both technical and financial metrics Align operations with market/trading strategies and performance objectives Manage key agreements including O&M contracts, PPAs, and grid connections Engage with stakeholders such as AEMO, network providers, lenders, and service partners Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g. NGER, NER, SOCI) Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning Deliver regular performance reporting and operational plans Support project transitions from delivery into operations and provide ongoing optimisation input Experience & Requirements 5-8 years' experience in renewable energy, power generation, or related sector Strong understanding of both technical and commercial asset management Experience managing contracts, financial performance, and operational budgets Familiarity with Australian energy market frameworks and compliance requirements Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills Self-driven with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
