Your Role
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across trades, labour hire and specialist technical roles
* Building, maintaining and expanding strong client relationships
* Delivering fast, accurate placements with a focus on quality and compliance
* Running high-volume candidate sourcing and daily deep-dive screening
* Coordinating site starts, onboarding, documentation and WHS requirements
* Proactively nurturing candidate pipelines for future demand
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and maximise revenue

* Proven experience in recruitment, labour hire, Civil or trades/construction staffing
