Job Overview
As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the delivery of complex Salesforce projects. Ensure timely completion and alignment with client expectations.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive technical excellence and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Define project goals, scope, and success metrics in partnership with clients.
* Oversee project timelines, resources, risks, and change control processes.
* Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Architects, SMEs, and Change Managers to refine scope and timelines.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience delivering multiple complex Salesforce projects.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and delivery methodologies.
* Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Builder.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering business value.
* Australian Citizenship required.
* Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous.
