Enterprise Account Director – MarTech & Commerce
The Role
You'll take ownership of a defined ANZ territory, balancing
new logo acquisition
with
expansion and retention of a high-value install base
, while capitalising on market disruption created by competitor exits and new product launches.
You'll work closely with partners, client directors, product, and services teams but this role also rewards a seller who is comfortable creating momentum independently.
What You'll Be Doing
* Owning an ANZ territory across
enterprise and upper mid-market customers
* Driving
new business acquisition
while expanding existing strategic accounts
* Managing and growing a core install base of ~8–9 key enterprise customers
* Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across marketing, data, and digital teams
* Executing cross-sell and up-sell strategies across a broad MarTech and Commerce portfolio
* Working cross-functionally to deliver full-stack, enterprise-grade solutions
Who Will Succeed in This Role
* Strong MarTech domain expertise across marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDP), or data-driven personalisation technologies.
* Proven experience selling
enterprise or mid-market software solutions
* A true
hunter mentality
, balanced with the ability to build long-term enterprise relationships
* Comfortable navigating complex organisations and territory-wide opportunities
* Experience driving
cross-sell and expansion
across multi-product portfolios
