About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team in our Coffs Harbour clinic. This is a part-time role working two days per week. (Tuesday and Thursday) with additional hours to cover holiday and sick leave, if you thrive in a busy clinic setting and love helping people, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.
* Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.
* Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
* Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.
* Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
What We're Looking For:
* 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
* Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
* Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
* Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
