Operations Manager
Based at our Caboolture office, the Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services across the business. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for project coordination, team performance, customer experience, and operational improvement.
Given the technical nature of our work, the successful candidate must be trade-qualified in either Air Conditioning or Electrical. This knowledge is essential for understanding job scopes, supporting field technicians, making sound operational decisions, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day scheduling, job allocation, and project coordination
* Manage and support field staff and subcontractors to ensure quality performance
* Review job scopes, provide technical guidance, and assist with problem‑solving
* Prepare and review quotes, estimates, and project costings
* Maintain and improve operational systems, processes, and documentation
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
* Monitor job progress, budgets, and workflow efficiencies
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members
* Manage warranty work, project timelines, and customer communication
* Support business growth initiatives and contribute to strategic improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Trade qualification in Air Conditioning or Electrical (mandatory)
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
* Strong understanding of air conditioning and/or electrical systems
* Excellent organisation, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
* Strong communication and people‑management skills
* Ability to problem‑solve under pressure and make informed decisions
* High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
* Competent with digital job management systems and general computer use
Desirable Attributes
* Experience in a similar Operations or Service Manager role
* Ability to implement processes and drive operational improvements
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
* Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
