Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Dams Engineer at the Lead to Principal level to join our market-leading Northern Australia Dams Group. The role can be based in any of our Northern Australia office locations.
Responsibilities
* Deliver expert input across geotechnical, structural, hydraulic, design, and construction management disciplines.
* Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Lead proposal development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
* Mentor and support junior engineers.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
* Identify and pursue new opportunities.
* Support site-based assignments during construction phases as needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
* RPEQ registration (or commitment to attain).
* Seasoned professional with in depth understanding of dams engineering (geotechnical, structural, hydraulic).
* Proven experience in design and/or construction management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
