Job Title: Change Management Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead and manage the delivery of change communication and engagement activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading change communications and engagement on a project or program in a large complex public sector organisation.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective change communication strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
* Manage internal materials for change programs, including development of key messages, reports, and other communication collateral.
* Design and deliver training programs to build the capacity of stakeholders in change management best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change initiatives.
* Provide coaching and capability uplift to workstreams on the program.
