This is a rare opportunity for a strategic, emotionally intelligent sales professional to take the reins, build on proven success, and become a core leader within the business.

You'll work closely with our Founder, Leo Comino — a seasoned eCommerce expert who generated $350K+ annually in this very role. With hands-on mentorship and clear pathways to success, you'll have everything you need to excel — but the drive must come from you.

Your Responsibilities

* Own the agency's growth targets and drive predictable revenue
* Lead strategic consultations with prospective clients, providing clarity and value from the first call
* Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of 3–4 Business Development Reps
* Lead both inbound and outbound sales strategies: qualification, prospecting, objection handling, and opportunity creation
* Write and present tailored proposals that deliver market-proven eCommerce solutions
* Act as the lead growth consultant for the agency — not just a closer, but a trusted advisor

What We're Looking For

* A stable, level-headed leader who performs under pressure
* 5+ years of experience in agency-side eCommerce or digital services sales
* Proven success managing full-cycle consultative sales and complex client relationships
* Clear understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, paid social)
* Experience winning mid-to-large eCommerce clients
* Organised, proactive, and highly self-accountable — excuses don't live here.
* Strong communicator with the maturity to guide clients and lead internal teams
* Commercially minded, data-literate, and motivated by measurable results
* Low ego, high output — someone who uplifts others while leading by example
