Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's calendar and diary, including travel arrangements and email correspondence.
* Coordinate communications with department heads, prepare reports, presentations, and key documentation.
* Maintain accurate digital records and systems, and support HR processes and onboarding for new staff.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as an EA or senior administrator.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Absolute confidentiality and professional maturity.
* Elite organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong Microsoft Suite and tech proficiency.
