About the Role
This is a hands-on, workshop-based role perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, has a mechanical mindset, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Demo/trial
* Ensures that trial equipment is prepared according to the scheduled appointment and set up based on the client's requirement
* Ensures that trial equipment is accurately stored in its designated area
* Ensures in/out equipment movement are accurately recorded in the system
* Ensures equipment transfers are coordinated with relevant sections
Maintenance and Repairs
* Minor trouble shooting - Performs basic equipment maintenance, including fixing wear and tear, managing cables, replacing batteries, and identifying programming issues through error code interpretation to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Warehouse
* Ensures accurate and timely receiving of goods
* Ensures accurate storing of inward items
* Ensures accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders
* Ensures that sales orders are prepared according to the scheduled appointment
* Ensures warehouse is kept clean and organized
* Provides support to the Sales consultants when delivering oversized products
* Must hold a current full driver's licence to support delivery operations
* Ensures that product/orders are accurately recorded and labeled
Customer Service
* Provides prompt and professional customer service for walk-in clients, including greeting visitors, understanding their needs, offering product or service guidance, processing inquiries or orders. What We're Looking For:
* Practical, hands-on skills – you're comfortable using tools and working with mechanical components
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous workshop or mechanical experience preferred but not essential
* Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in a similar industry (mobility, mechanical, bike, automotive, or fabrication)
* Forklift licence or mechanical trade qualifications
