**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Operations Specialist to join our Civil Works team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction activities across roads, bridges, and civil infrastructure.
As a Site Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe operation of our worksites. This includes performing manual handling tasks, working with mobile plant, and adhering to Council requirements for operating equipment and machinery. You will also be responsible for carrying out work on bridges, culverts, roads, and underground utilities, placing and finishing concrete, asphalt, and bituminous materials, setting up formwork, steel fixing, and installing road and bridge furniture. Additionally, you will complete set-out line marking and related civil construction tasks while maintaining a high level of worksite compliance with Work Health and Safety standards.
**Key Requirements**
* Unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence
* Construction Industry General Safety Induction Card (White Card)
* Demonstrated experience in Roads, Drainage, and Bridge construction and maintenance
* Physical fitness and capability to undertake manual laboring tasks
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
