Medical Ward One provides care for Renal, Respiratory, and Gastroenterology patients. It also supports NIV and peritoneal dialysis patients across the hospital and in the community after hours.

* Base salary range: $56.08 - $60.05 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse demonstrates expert clinical knowledge and advanced problem‑solving skills and is accountable for their own clinical practice. They support the development, implementation, and evaluation of care management for patients with complex health needs, and provide expert clinical advice to carers and other health professionals within the ward's specialty areas.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position and registration with AHPRA.
* Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster.
Highly desirable
Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
