Description Ultrasound Educator I-MED Radiology Victoria are seeking highly motivated sonographers with a passionate for teaching. Multiple positions are available for suitably experienced, qualified Sonographers looking to support the training and development of student sonographers across all skill levels in a clinical environment. This is a full-time position with location to be agreed upon with the successful applicant(s). The successful candidates will work closely with the Ultrasound Area Co-ordinators and other stakeholders to provide support and training of student sonographers. Applicants need to have demonstrated a passion for teaching and learning, be proficient in all Ultrasound examinations and be familiar and up to date with current trends, techniques and clinical advancements. Provide professional leadership and management of Sonographer and Ultrasound training and development initiatives across the region. Develop, implement and manage the delivery, quality and continuous improvement of the I-MED Sonographer Training Program in the clinics Stay updated on the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and share this knowledge with the team. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to perform all ultrasound examinations within the designated time frames. Understanding and compliance of I-MED Network Ultrasound Protocols. Exemplary interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
