We're seeking several experienced and motivated Excavator Operators, as well as All Rounder Operators to join our Ellendale rehabilitation project, located approximately 130 km east of Derby, along the Gibb River Road in the stunning Kimberley region. Ellendale is a truly unique project, where Buru is working to rehabilitate and heal the land of a former diamond mine. Operating on a small site of approximately 30 people, every team member plays a critical role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation outcomes.

This is an 8-month seasonal role, running from late March / early April through to November. You'll be working a 15 days on, 6 days off roster either FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing or surrounding areas. Ellendale offers a small, established camp with on-site gym facilities and excellent food — a supportive environment with a strong team culture.

The Role – What We're Looking For

* Relevant tickets and production experience on 50T excavators or larger
* Highly proficient using GPS (Topcon preferred) and understanding electronic push points and plans
* All Rounders must have Rehab Dozer experience (on D8, D9 or D10's) and be proficient on a 50T Excavator
* Experience on other machines including Grader, Loader etc is advantageous
* 4WD and Senior First Aid (highly regarded)
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Confidence working within culturally diverse teams
