In this full-time role based in Balcatta, WA and surrounding suburbs, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for our clients' manufacturing technology.What you'll be doingPerforming on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of CNC machines and related equipmentDiagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing effective break-fix strategiesProviding training and guidance to clients on the proper operation and care of their CNC systemsDocumenting all work performed and maintaining detailed service recordsLiaising with the support and sales teams to ensure customer satisfactionParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service offeringsWhat we're looking forMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a manufacturing Field Service technician or in a similar technical roleStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of manufacturing machine technologyAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematicsExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesStrong communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clientsWillingness to travel to customer sites as neededRelevant technical certifications, qualifications and/or experience in Mechanical / and or /Electrical EngineeringWhat we offerAt Headland Technology, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
