You will be experienced in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
A high-pressure diverse environment is not intimidating for you, involving face-to-face, phone, and written issues.
About the Role:
This role involves planning and overseeing various administrative functions within the school, including casual recruitment and workload management.
You will consult a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure efficient administrative support within the school.
Collaboration is key in this role, working closely with members of the school, as well as staff in Faculty Services and central Divisions, to ensure seamless coordination of school functions and the effective implementation of initiatives.
You will identify areas for improvement and take the lead in implementing enhancements across academic workload allocation, recruitment management, internal funds oversight, and administrative support processes.
