We are currently seeking cleaners to work at BlueScope across multiple shift times and rosters including but not limited to weekday and weekends.
Responsibilities
<
- Detailed cleans of public areas including offices, facilities and washrooms
- Switch room cleaning
- Amenities cleaning
- Spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Mail service delivery
- Toilet, external areas and walkway cleaning
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Responding to scheduled and ad-hoc customer requests
Preferred experience
- Strip and sealing of floors
- Buffing and scrubbing hard floors

We are looking for passionate, qualified and enthusiastic cleaning team members for BLUE SCOPE STEEL within the Wollongong region. Menzies currently delivers cleaning services to a number of industrial client locations across the country.
Qualifications and requirements
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Willing to undergo and successfully complete a police check, medical health check / drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment
- Applicants must have entitlement to work in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency); provide any restrictions on hours of work as required
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders are encouraged to apply
