THE POSITION
As an experienced Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role at our wellness centre by providing high-quality care and treatment to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and utilize your expertise to develop and implement customized treatment plans. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will contribute to improving their physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated clinician to make a significant impact on the well-being of others. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their specific needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
* Utilize a wide range of physiotherapy techniques and modalities to deliver effective and evidence-based interventions.
* Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy, joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques where relevant
* Educate and empower clients through the provision of self-management strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
* Collaborate with the wider team at Saint Haven to ensure excellence in care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
* Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and advancements in physiotherapy to enhance clinical practice.
* Participate in professional development activities, such as conferences, workshops, and team meetings.
* Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, and patient confidentiality.
ABOUT YOU
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
* Proven expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
* Proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of current best practices.
* Ability to work independently, manage caseloads efficiently, and meet established targets.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
