Global Product Manager – Electrical Infrastructure
Join Epiroc to lead a key segment of our electrification portfolio, including power distribution systems, cable solutions, and energy optimisation services. You'll combine technical expertise, commercial insight, and strategic vision to shape global product strategies, drive innovation, and support our customers' transition to cleaner, more efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a key segment of the electrical infrastructure portfolio.
* Define business models, pricing strategies, and framework agreements.
* Partner with regional teams, customer centres, and strategic partners to align offerings with market needs.
* Analyse market trends, customer applications, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
* Develop and implement a 3–5 year product roadmap.
* Lead product development from concept to launch — including business cases, specifications, and delivery.
* Create compelling customer value propositions and marketing content.
* Support sales teams through training, tools, and customer engagement.
* Monitor performance, safety, and total cost of ownership to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Strong technical background in electrical infrastructure, ideally within mining or heavy industry.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in product management, with exposure to B2B marketing or commercial strategy.
* Proven experience working in global, cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and influence diverse audiences.
* Strategic mindset with hands‑on delivery capability.
* Financial acumen and experience in business case development.
* Commitment to safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with Epiroc EES products or similar technologies is advantageous.
