About the Role
You will take ownership of Orana's assets and ensure our environments remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose for the people we support and our staff.
Asset & Equipment Management
* Maintaining the asset register
* Developing lifecycle and capital replacement plans
Maintenance Management
* Managing planned and reactive maintenance across sites
* Coordinating and overseeing contractors and service providers
Fleet Management
* Managing vehicle acquisition, servicing, compliance and performance
* Monitoring vehicle usage and costs
Compliance & Safety
* Ensuring WHS and statutory compliance for buildings, equipment and vehicles
* Managing essential safety systems and regulatory requirements
* Managing maintenance budgets
* Identifying cost efficiencies and contributing to capital planning
About You
You are organised, practical and thrive on keeping things running smoothly. You are comfortable balancing long‐term planning with urgent, on‐the‐ground problem solving.
* 5+ years' experience in facilities, asset, property or maintenance management
* Experience managing maintenance programs across multiple sites
* Strong knowledge of WHS, compliance and statutory requirements
* Experience managing contractors and service providers
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Experience managing budgets and identifying cost efficiencies
* Experience in fleet management
* Ability to prioritise and respond to urgent operational issues
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Relevant qualification in facilities management or related field (desirable)
Additional Requirements
* National Police Check
* NDIS Worker Screening or ability to obtain
* Full SA Drivers Licence
