The HR Business Partner role is a strategic position that requires strong collaboration between HR and business operations. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management.
* Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
* Working closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
* Guiding organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Designing and implementing performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
* Professional HR certification is highly desirable.
* At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
* Experience in the construction or resources sector is highly valued.
