Responsibilities...
* Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
* Working under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work nights and weekends
* Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards
Requirements...
* Experience and/or qualifications in commercial cookery
* Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
* Ability to cope under pressure and ensure consistency
* Dedication and passion in your role
