The Role
* Manage a diverse strata portfolio including complex plans (BMC, Company Title & Community)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
* Provide expert guidance on strata legislation and ensure compliance
* Chair owner and committee meetings (both virtual and onsite) and prepare meeting documentation
* Manage disputes and provide professional conflict resolution where required
* Oversee building maintenance, repairs, contractor engagement and quotes
* Coordinate capital works projects and long‐term maintenance planning
* Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting and administrative requirements
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Strata Manager
* Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation
* Experience managing complex schemes and large portfolios (100+ lots)
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to chair meetings and manage challenging situations professionally
* Experience using Strata Master (highly regarded)
* Strata Certificate required
