Bolton Clarke's Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home & Community clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

* Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians.
* Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home.
* Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
* Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes
Joining the team, you'll work across the NSW Central Coast and Hunter, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.There is the possibility to work Part-time across 4 days if you prefer, however Thursdays & Fridays are a must.

To be successful, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
* Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
* Up-to-date Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of one COVID-19 vaccination
* Australian driver's licence
* Own vehicle & Comprehensive Insurance
