Frankston Tech School also serves as a hub for industry partnerships, bridging the gap between education and the rapidly evolving demands of the workforce. Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day leadership and support to facilitation and teaching staff, empowering the team to innovate, collaborate and excel.
* Lead the delivery of high-quality, responsive education programs that meet organisational objectives and support strong outcomes for schools and students.
* Drive and coordinate engagement with schools, teachers, and education partners to strengthen program participation and relationships.
* Support the Director by ensuring school and education partnership efforts are aligned with broader industry engagement.
* Support the review of learning experiences across Frankston Tech School, implement solutions to continually improve programs, and support the Director in reporting on progress against targets.
* Lead the development of forward-thinking curriculum initiatives that push the boundaries of traditional Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) education.
* Lead the development of teacher professional learning opportunities for internal staff, partner schools, industry and community stakeholders, and the broader community.
* Deliver innovative STEAM-focused learning experiences to secondary school audiences, as well as internal staff, partner schools, industry and community stakeholders, and the broader community, where required.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience in the development, delivery and embedding of innovative curriculum and learning programs for secondary-aged students.
Qualifications Required
* Graduate or Bachelor Degree in teaching or education.
* Vocational or Bachelor level qualifications in any of the Health, Science, Maths, Engineering, Arts, Design or Technology disciplines (Desirable).
