The role:
Working closely with and supporting two experienced HR Advisors, you will be the first point of contact for injury management inquiries—playing a key role in providing a smooth, supportive experience for employees navigating illness, injury, or wellbeing issues. You will gain valuable, hands-on experience with HR challenges by assisting in a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, EBA interpretation and negotiations, and policy support.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to various projects across the People & Culture team, including wellbeing initiatives. Your coordination and organizational skills will help ensure staff events and team activities run smoothly, fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Generalist HR skills, with at least two years of experience in a similar position (desirable).
