About the role
This is a full-time Administration Assistant position at Vicwest Roofing in Ballarat, VIC 3350. As an integral member of our team, you will provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
1. Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
2. Providing reception and customer service support, answering and directing phone calls
3. Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
4. Maintaining and updating various records and databases
5. Performing ad-hoc tasks to support the broader team as needed
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a similar industry
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
4. Proficient in Xero accounting software and date entry.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
